The Sacrament of Baptism

Baptism is birth into the new life in Christ. In accordance with the Lord’s will, it is necessary for salvation, as is the Church herself, which we enter by Baptism.

Baptism for Infants

Parents wishing to seek baptism for their children are invited to call the Parish to make an appointment. Classes are held for parents or prospective parents; children already of an age to be instructed will also be given classes. Baptisms usually take place on a Sunday afternoon unless special arrangements are made. To arrange your child’s baptism please contact Tonina Fiorentino through email or directly at (204) 284 – 5140.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (R.C.I.A.)

RCIA is a formation process for adults who are interested in becoming Catholics, both those never baptized or those baptized in other Christian communities. It may also be of interest to Catholics who have not practiced for some time, and would like to refresh their faith. For more information please visit our sub site for faith formation.

For either of these services please contact Tonina Fiorentino through email or directly at (204) 284 – 5140.
