Word from Father Sam

Word from Father Sam

Good morning everyone, today is April 22th and it’s Earth day. We remember the book of Genesis, when God had finished his creation, he said that “this is very good”. As we celebrate Earth Day even in this moment of crisis, we want to remember that God gave us this planet and God has given us asked to take care of it.
First we have to take care of each other, and then it calls us to mutual respect for all peoples, cultures and races.
In his lauded encyclical yes, Pope Francis reminds us to love this earth with great respect because it is a gift from God. So let’s hope that when our world returns to work we will return with a new sense of responsibility for our climate and especially for our mother earth.
Blessing during this week and we will pray together again this Sunday in our live streaming service.
Peace and Blessing
Father Sam
